Redell-White, President, Auctioneer 

Frances brings over 30 years experience to the field of fine arts. Having worked in New York for 17 years, including auctioneer and Director of the Fine Art Department of Tepper Galleries, New York from 1986 – 1993, she has headed her own appraisal firm Appraisal and Consultant Services since 1993 that serves her clients in New York City, Pennsylvania, and Florida. She holds two degrees, including a Masters Degree in Curatorial Studies from New York University specializing in collection management and conservation and has been a member of the Appraisers Association of America, Inc since 1986, with a certification in general personal property from that organization.

Based in South Tampa on 3418 West Kennedy Boulevard, Hutter White Auctions is centrally located to all of the Bay Area and offers the convenience, confidence and cost effectiveness of a local auction venue while maintaining a national and international presence by auctioning live and simultaneously over the internet.​

Ann Hutter, Associate Consultant/ New York

Ann Hutter, Prinicipal Director of Kenneth Hutter Auctions, Mammaroneck, NY from 2005 to 2015.   She was actively involved in all aspects of the auction process including estate evaluation, research, cataloging, public relations and client management.   She has extensive knowledge of the New York Tri-state antiques and collectibles market.

Kevin Burns and Joe Huchro, Associate Consultant/Tampa

Kevin Burns (right) is a member of the Tampa business community for 30 plus years, he is a current principal of Associated Jewelers and previous owner/President of the Tampa Gemological Laboratory. As a certified gemologist, he has developed a reputation for expertise in the field of fine estate jewelry. 

​Joe Huchro (left) Joe has over 30 years of experience in the jewelry and watch industry. He has traveled extensively in South America and South Africa to purchase diamonds, gems and jewelry. Joe has been a member in good standing of the International Watch & Jewelry Guild since 1995.
